Monitor and enforce food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and company operating standards to ensure the store complies with relevant regulations and internal procedures. Manage stock levels, inventory control, supplier orders and timely replenishment of key ingredients, packaging materials, beverages and other retail supplies. Lead, train, supervise and motivate store staff to maintain efficient shift performance, high service standards and a positive, productive work environment. Manage financial and administrative tasks including sales targets, daily takings, cash handling, point-of-sale records, cost control and basic budgeting support. Plan and implement local promotional activities, meal deals, weekly specials, pricing strategies and in-store displays to increase customer traffic and maximise sales. Review sales performance, customer preferences and local market trends to improve product offerings, promotional decisions and overall store performance. Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, service speed, product consistency and the overall performance of the pizza outlet. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail managerial role, preferably in a fast-food environment. Minimum Diploma in hospitality, business or management Minimum one year of Australian work experience in a managerial role is must. Skills: Ability to lead, supervise and support staff effectively. Strong customer service and complaint resolution skills. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
