We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to take ownership of a premium B-grade commercial office asset in the CBD. Working closely with the CPM, you’ll be the key onsite contact for tenants, contractors, and the client—driving day-to-day operations, compliance, and projects. Key Responsibilities End-to-end facilities management of a commercial office asset Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders Managing reactive and preventative maintenance programs Overseeing contractor management, performance, and compliance Leading CAPEX projects from planning through to delivery Ensuring statutory compliance, WHS, and essential services are met Conducting regular building inspections and identifying improvements Collaborating with the CPM to drive asset performance outcomes About You Experience in commercial Facilities Management Strong tenant & stakeholder engagement skills Hands-on, proactive approach Proven CAPEX/project delivery experience Confident managing compliance & contractor performance Able to work autonomously and own a single asset C: Hayley M: 0410 789 088 E: hthaiphayak@goughrecruitment.com.au
