About the Role Join a well-established builder delivering $10m-$100m industrial and mid-to-high rise residential projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, with opportunities available for both Structures Foremen and Finishes Foremen. Work closely with Site Managers, PMs, subcontractors and consultants to drive daily site activity, manage trades and stay across the sequencing, quality, safety and programme pressures that come with fast-paced commercial builds. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily site activities across structures or finishes Manage subcontractors to drive productivity, quality and programme Monitor site safety, sequencing and compliance requirements Conduct inspections, QA checks and defect management Work closely with Site Managers, PMs and consultants What You’ll Bring Commercial construction background as a Structures, Finishes or General Foreman in industrial and/or mid-to-high rise residential builds Strong understanding of commercial construction methodology and site sequencing Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and site safety standards Clear communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive site productivity What’s On Offer Salary ranges from $130k - $180k super tools of trade - aligned to experience and project complexity Locations across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Job stability with strong pipeline of current and upcoming projects Site-facing roles with genuine exposure to project delivery If you are exploring your next role in commercial construction, apply now or contact Anita for a confidential discussion at anita@smithandco.net.au
