Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of ongoing work, they are seeking an experienced Structural and/or Remedial Engineer to join their close-knit team in a senior capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to combine technical design work with remedial investigations, client engagement and project leadership, while enjoying a flexible culture and a genuinely attractive beachside location. The Opportunity Working closely with experienced Directors and senior technical staff, you'll be involved in a diverse range of projects including: Structural design for residential, mixed-use and building projects Building condition assessments and forensic investigations Remedial engineering solutions for existing structures Defect diagnosis and reporting Concrete, waterproofing and façade assessments Strata, commercial and private client projects Project management and client liaison from inception through to completion This role offers significant variety and the opportunity to develop both your design and remedial expertise while taking on greater responsibility within the business. Key Responsibilities Deliver structural design and remedial engineering projects across a range of sectors Prepare technical reports, assessments and recommendations Undertake site inspections and condition audits Liaise directly with clients, strata managers, builders and consultants Mentor and support junior engineers within the team Manage project delivery, budgets and timelines Contribute to business growth through strong client relationships and quality outcomes About You We are interested in speaking with engineers who possess: Approximately 4-15 years' experience in structural and/or remedial engineering Local Australian consulting experience Strong structural analysis and design capability Experience preparing engineering reports and remedial recommendations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Eligibility for Design Practitioner registration under NSW legislation (or willingness to obtain) A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery Full Australian working rights What's On Offer?
