Full-Time | 12-Month Contract (with potential to go permanent!) $45/hr Super | CBD Location | Mon-Fri | 9am-5pm | Hybrid About the Role: Our client is seeking a Market Operations Associate to join their Global Lending & Leasing team within the Chief Operations Office. This is a predominantly back-office role, supporting institutional banking products and working closely with frontline banking teams. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret lending agreements and accurately input key details into internal systems. Manage loan and facility maintenance activities throughout the customer lifecycle. Investigate and resolve client enquiries relating to fees, payments, and account maintenance. Liaise with customers, bankers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of requests. Perform manual calculations and ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. About You: Previous experience in banking operations, account management, lending, or financial services. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with documentation, processes, and systems. Experience with Loan IQ or similar banking systems is highly regarded. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
