About the role Due to internal promotions, business growth and increased customer demand, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Collections Officers to join the team. In this role, you will: Handle a combination of inbound and outbound calls, averaging around 20 minutes per call Investigate and resolve complex credit and account issues Work closely with customers to collect outstanding payments in a fair and empathetic way Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing commercial outcomes Use multiple systems and screens to assess and resolve customer queries This is a high-volume call centre role dealing with 40-60 calls — it is an investigative, service-driven position focused on quality conversations and meaningful outcomes. About you We are looking for someone who is resilient, curious and genuinely customer-focused, with the ability to navigate complex conversations confidently.
