MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our Sydney team. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and supporting long-term client outcomes within a complex financial services environment. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand client needs, coordinate solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes. About the Role As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage client relationships, support account planning and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will build trusted relationships, manage client expectations, resolve issues and identify opportunities to enhance client solutions while ensuring services are delivered in line with regulatory, contractual and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide proactive support to deliver exceptional outcomes. Manage client expectations and contribute to client retention and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions and support strategic initiatives. Operational Management Coordinate client deliverables, reporting, projects and Annual General Meetings (AGMs). Resolve client queries and issues within agreed service levels. Ensure registry activities and client deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently. Support invoicing, disbursements and commercial processes. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Client Relationship Assistants and internal teams to deliver excellent client service. Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of client outcomes. Maintain strong governance, risk and compliance practices. About You You are a client-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will bring: Experience managing client relationships, account management or client services within financial services. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence engaging with clients and internal teams. Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
