With a growing pipeline of commercial work and a leadership team that values continuous improvement, an opportunity has become available for an experienced HSQE Manager or a Senior Safety Office r ready to step into their first management role. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will work closely with Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, and project teams to strengthen safety systems, promote a positive safety culture, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently. The Role As the HSQE Manager, you will be responsible for driving safety, quality, environmental, and compliance outcomes across multiple commercial construction projects. Key responsibilities include: Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of HSQE systems and processes Working alongside Senior Site Managers and Site Managers to embed best-practice safety across all projects Conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, coaching, and ongoing safety training Monitoring legislative compliance and ensuring company policies are consistently applied Supporting project teams with safety planning and proactive risk management Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture The Like Mind You are passionate about creating safe, high-performing project environments and enjoy working closely with site teams to achieve practical outcomes.
