With several significant apartment developments in the pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Estimator who is confident pricing complex residential projects and enjoys taking ownership of the tender process. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative business where estimating is recognised as a key driver of project success, and your commercial input will directly influence the work the business secures. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will have the autonomy to lead tenders while contributing to the ongoing growth of the business. The Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for managing tenders from initial enquiry through to project handover. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing accurate cost estimates for multi-storey apartment developments Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Completing detailed quantity take-offs and subcontractor packages Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor pricing Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks Working closely with project delivery teams to develop winning tender strategies Assisting with contract reviews and project handovers following successful tenders Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers The Like Mind You are an experienced Estimator who enjoys taking ownership and delivering commercially sound tenders.
