The Opportunity: Due to continued growth, the team is seeking an additional lawyer to manage a diverse portfolio of insurance litigation matters, including: Public Liability Product Liability Property Damage Coverage and Indemnity Disputes You'll work closely with a high-calibre client base including international insurers, major brokers, underwriters, claims management companies, third-party administrators and corporate insureds. The role offers exposure to complex matters across the District, Supreme and High Courts, with involvement in litigation strategy, mediations, negotiations and settlements. You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own files and develop strong client relationships, while benefiting from ongoing support and mentoring from highly respected practitioners.
