We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to join our innovative design team in Perth. This pivotal role offers the chance to lead a variety of exciting projects from conceptual design through to construction, shaping the future skyline of Perth with your creative vision and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee architectural projects from initial concept development through to detailed design and construction documentation. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure all project objectives are achieved on time and within budget. Manage project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff while fostering a collaborative working environment. Ensure all design work complies with relevant standards, building codes, and sustainability practices. Conduct site visits, inspections, and liaise with construction teams to ensure design integrity during implementation. Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation for approvals and stakeholder presentations. Stay updated on industry trends, innovative design solutions, and technological advancements to continually enhance project quality. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects, preferably within the commercial, residential, or public sector. Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in design and documentation software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Exceptional communication and client-facing skills. A proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail and a passion for innovative design.
