Clear pathway What You’ll Be Doing: Lead large-scale, complex projects from concept through to completion, balancing design innovation with technical delivery. Act as a senior representative, building trust with clients and stakeholders while overseeing the Superintendent’s Representative duties and contract administration. Mentor and develop emerging talent , fostering a collaborative, high-performing studio culture. Partner with government, education, and healthcare clients to deliver environments that respond to community needs and public-sector standards. Ensure quality assurance and compliance across all project phases, from documentation to final delivery. Lead by example in Revit, BIM coordination, and detail development , driving best practices across the team. What You’ll Bring: Registration as an Architect. Proven experience leading major projects, ideally within the health or education sectors. Advanced Revit and BIM proficiency. Strong leadership, mentoring, and client engagement skills.
