Synergie Australia is seeking Electricians to join our clients team based in Darwin, NT. The important parts: Permanent roles | Immediate start available $55p/h penalties | Overtime available 5 weeks paid annual leave What you will be required to do: Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across commercial, industrial, and project sites Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to complete works accurately Install and terminate cabling, switchboards, control panels, and electrical components Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on electrical systems and equipment Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance and reliability Ensure all work is completed in line with Australian Standards, site procedures, and WHS requirements Complete job documentation including test sheets, service reports, and compliance records Liaise with supervisors, clients, and other trades to ensure efficient project delivery Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safe and serviceable condition Support shutdowns, project work, and breakdown response as required Adhere to site inductions, permits, and safety systems including isolation and lock-out/tag-out procedures Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and project target To be successful in the role you will need: Electrical Trade Qualification (Certificate III or equivalent) Proven experience in commercial electrical environments Exposure to industrial electrical work (highly desirable) Current and valid “C” Class Driver’s Licence Construction White Card Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach Our client offers: Opportunities for salary progression and pay increases 5 weeks of paid annual leave to promote work-life balance Company-funded LVR/CPR refresher training Ongoing training and upskilling (including HV, civil tickets, Working at Heights, and EWP) Work vehicle and fuel card available (role dependent) Be part of a well-established, locally owned NT contractor with consistent project work Secure, long-term opportunities across both projects and maintenance Supportive team environment that values your input Clear pathways for career advancement into Leading Hand and supervisory positions Strong commitment to safety, quality, and high standards of work If you’re ready, click apply now or contact our branch on 08 8981 5154 or email paul.wadey@synergieaustralia.com.au Synergie Australia delivers a full 360º recruitment solution, consisting of temporary and permanent recruitment services , and more.
