In this pivotal role, you will own the Group financial forecast model and serve as a trusted co-pilot to our business verticals, functional teams, and project leaders. You will maintain robust rolling forecasts, deliver actionable commercial insights, and drive business-wide efficiencies using advanced analytics and automation tools. Key Responsibilities Maintain and interpret the corporate budget model, ensuring it serves as the business’ single source of truth. Oversee frequent rolling forecasts to provide leadership with an accurate view of performance against budget, highlighting future financial risks and commercial opportunities. Partner with vertical, functional, and project teams across the business to translate financial outcomes into clear, actionable commercial advice. Evaluate the financial impact of operational changes and strategic business decisions, providing foundational data sets for the annual budget process. Lead the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reporting, partnering with data and technology teams to automate manual processes using Tableau and AI tools. Calculate the monthly financial attribution and ROI of major business initiatives, ensuring a clear delineation between BAU performance and specific project outcomes. Provide analytical oversight and rigorous tracking for key cost-management programs, specifically focusing on optimizing operational expenditure efficiency.
