Key responsibilities include: Managing overall portfolio performance including financials, operations and compliance Full ownership of budgets, forecasting and variance analysis Leading and developing 4 Community Managers and their on-site teams Driving operational standards, reporting and performance improvements Supporting new developments as they transition into live operations Partnering with sales, marketing and development teams Regular travel across the portfolio (weekly initially, via vehicle and flights) About You Whilst experience within land lease communities is highly regarded, we are open to candidates from adjacent sectors including senior strata, property portfolio management (commercial, mixed-use or residential), multi-site village or community management, and regional operations roles across property, facilities, hospitality or student accommodation.
