We’re looking for a reliable support worker to join a small team providing personalized care for a ventilated quadriplegic customer with complex support needs . This role requires full availability across Monday to Sunday as part of a rotating roster. A key part of the position includes regular active overnight shifts (approximately three per week). Due to the nature of the support provided, we’re only able to consider applicants who can meet this level of availability. You’ll work three (3) to Four (4) shifts per week on a rotating roster, including weekends. Shifts include: 6am to 1pm 11am to 9.30pm Active overnight: 9pm to 6am. What the day looks like You'll be part of one person's daily life to live safely, confidently and independently Personal care, including bowel and catheter support Medication administration Client Specific Manual handling (including three-person transfers) Domestic assistance and home support Social and Community support Ventilator and tracheostomy care, once you’ve completed hands-on training and been assessed as competent We’ll support you with comprehensive hands-on training , buddy shifts, and clinical guidance to ensure you're confident and capable before working independently.
