Sydney & Central Coast Full-Time Apprenticeship Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician Our client is looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team working across commercial HVAC and mechanical electrical projects throughout Sydney and the Central Coast. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career while gaining hands-on experience in commercial construction, fit-outs, service, maintenance and commissioning projects alongside experienced electricians and HVAC professionals. About the Role You’ll assist qualified electricians with the installation, testing, maintenance and commissioning of electrical systems associated with commercial mechanical services and HVAC equipment. You’ll gain experience working on: Commercial HVAC systems Control wiring & BMS systems Motors, pumps & isolators Switchboards & control panels Cable tray, conduit & containment systems Air conditioning & ventilation equipment What You’ll Be Doing Assisting electricians on commercial construction and fit-out projects Running, labelling and terminating cables Installing conduit, cable tray and supports Assisting with HVAC equipment wiring and commissioning Supporting testing and fault-finding activities Maintaining safe and organised work sites Attending toolbox talks, site inductions and TAFE training What We’re Looking For Strong willingness to learn Reliable, punctual and hardworking Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and professional presentation Ability to work safely and follow instructions Up to date TAFE study with relevant transcripts Essential Requirements Current NSW White Card Driver’s Licence Enrolled in Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician Desirable (But Not Essential) Working at Heights EWP Licence First Aid / CPR Experience in commercial construction or HVAC What We Offer Ongoing training and development Exposure to large commercial projects Supportive team environment Opportunities for overtime Long-term career pathway in the electrical industry Standard hours are typically 6:30am–2:30pm or 7:00am–3:00pm, with overtime opportunities available and paid in accordance with Award rates.
