The Successful Applicant A successful People Services Business Partner should have: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices within the not-for-profit sector. Proven experience in providing HR advisory and business partnering services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
