This role is full-time, based at our Support Services office in Wayville. Role responsibilities include: Assist with month end processes and reconciliations. Prepare and process quotes and invoices. Maintain accurate commercial and administrative records. Support the commercial team with ADHOC requirements. The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualification related to the commercial field. Previous administrative experience (highly desirable). Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately. Time management and organisational skills. The ability to communicate effectively internally and externally. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
