Change Analyst Sydney-Based University Initial contract up to 18th of December 2026 (likely extension) Up to $881 per day incl. super Macquarie Park Based - Hybrid working We are partnering with a leading Sydney-based university to recruit two Change Analysts to support a major digital transformation program. This role will focus on 2 smaller project work streams involving existing systems migrating to Salesforce. You will come with 3-5 years Change Analyst experience, ideally working on projects involving moving existing apps/systems to a Salesforce solution. You will also ideally come with previous higher education experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis Partner with project teams, SMEs and stakeholders to identify, validate and manage change impacts Support the development and delivery of change, communication and readiness plans Develop presentations, briefing packs, workshop materials and change collateral Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops and change activities Support the development of learning materials, quick reference guides and user support documentation Assist with testing, quality assurance and review of change deliverables Maintain project and change documentation in line with governance requirements Work collaboratively with Change Managers across multiple concurrent initiatives About You Previous experience as a Change Analyst orr Junior Change Manager Strong experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement activities Experience supporting technology-enabled business change or digital transformation initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills A collaborative and proactive approach to working with stakeholders at all levels Salesforce project experience - migartion of legacy systems to a new salesforce digital solution Experience supporting CRM-related change initiatives Higher Education sector experience (highly desired) Prosci or similar change management certification Experience working within structured change management methodologies What's on Offer Initial contract through to 18th of December 2026 High chance extension Hybrid working environment Supportive and collaborative team culture Paying up to $881 per day inclusive of superannuation Immediate start availablle If you are an experienced Change Analyst, with a digital project background, experience across projects involving legacy systems to Saleforce migrations and looking to contribute to a large-scale transformation program within a complex stakeholder environment, please apply NOW and you will be contacted for a further discussion if your profile is deemed a suitable fit.
