Leading Australian services organization requires an Project Manager work on their Payroll stream of a major enterprise program for an initial 6 month Contract with a view to extend. This role sits at the heart of a large-scale transformation, focused on modernising payroll, time and attendance, and workforce processes across the business. You’ll be responsible for helping drive delivery, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners. Daily responsibilities will include; Lead and deliver the Payroll stream within the program Manage and hold accountable an outsourcing delivery partner Coordinate and lead the internal business team, including operating model alignment Drive integration across broader enterprise systems and business units Ensure delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies are actively managed Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear, consistent reporting To succeed in this role you will require; Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Payroll or HRIS transformations Strong background working with outsourced vendors / system integrators Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across large organisations Understanding of payroll, time & attendance, and workforce processes Ability to operate across both technical and business-facing teams Confident communicator with strong leadership and delivery focus An excellent daily rate is on offer for the successful candidate.
