In this key support role, you'll play a crucial part in the Data, BI & Analytics team, providing support across various program and business areas within the department. About the Role As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data migration activities across a complex range of projects and initiatives. Working closely with project, business, and technical stakeholders, you will ensure data is accurately prepared, validated, and ready for migration. Key responsibilities include: • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards • Produce process monitoring and optimisation reporting • Analyse claims trends, performance, and outliers • Perform medium- to long-term workforce supply and demand forecasting • Support stakeholders with actionable insights and decision-making tools About You To be successful in this role, you will be a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst with strong Excel capabilities and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic project environment. You will bring: Strong experience working with Excel, particularly in handling and transforming large datasets Extensive exposure to PowerBI Proven ability to manage data with high attention to detail and accuracy A proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across business and technical teams This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-moving environments with multiple moving parts and changing priorities.
