18th June, 2026 Indigeco is partnering with a confidential Tier 1/Tier 2 civil construction client to source an experienced Procurement Manager for a major roads and bridge infrastructure project based in Moorebank. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of procurement activities across a significant transport infrastructure project, working within an established commercial team. Our client delivers complex civil and transport infrastructure projects across NSW, with this role supporting a major roads and bridge works program. Full project details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead end-to-end procurement processes for subcontractors, suppliers, and materials across the project Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project commercial objectives Manage tender processes, evaluations, and contract negotiations Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Ensure procurement activities comply with project, client, and statutory requirements Work closely with the Commercial Manager and broader project team to support cost control and program delivery WHAT YOU NEED Minimum 5 years' procurement experience specifically on TfNSW Road and/or Bridge Infrastructure projects Proven experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor (e.g. John Holland, CPB Contractors, Lendlease, Laing O'Rourke, Acciona, Downer, Fulton Hogan, BMD) Strong understanding of subcontractor and supply chain management within civil/transport infrastructure Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fast-paced project environment WHAT YOU GET 6-month contract, $800–$1,000 per day (based on experience) Work on a major Sydney roads and bridge infrastructure project Moorebank-based role Join a collaborative, experienced commercial and delivery team Partner with Indigeco, a Supply Nation Certified, majority Aboriginal-owned recruitment business HOW TO APPLY Apply now and a consultant from Indigeco will be in touch asap.
