About the role Seeking an experienced and commercially driven ANZ Sales Manager to lead the growth of a premium portfolio of nutraceutical ingredients, specialty functional ingredients, and established ingredient distribution products across Australia and New Zealand. This role combines strategic business development with key account management, focusing on expanding market share within the dietary supplement, functional food, beverage, sports nutrition, and health & wellness sectors. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, build long-term customer partnerships, and identify opportunities to deliver innovative, science-backed ingredient solutions to manufacturers and brand owners throughout the region. Reporting into senior commercial leadership, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role in growing both branded ingredient portfolios and established distribution channels while contributing to the long-term success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market penetration objectives across Australia and New Zealand. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including formulators, product developers, procurement teams, marketing leaders, and executive decision-makers. Technical & Consultative Selling. Deliver technical presentations, customer workshops, and ingredient training sessions. Translate scientific and technical information into commercial benefits for customers. Skills & Experience Essential 5 years' experience in B2B sales within nutraceutical ingredients, dietary supplements, food ingredients, functional ingredients, specialty chemicals, or related industries. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing strategic customer relationships. Strong understanding of the Australia and New Zealand dietary supplement, food, and health & wellness markets. Experience selling value-added ingredients and solutions through a consultative sales approach. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and account management capability. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency using CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Ability to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand as required.
