Job Description We are looking for a motivated and service-driven Duty Manager to join our Front Office leadership team at Hotel Woolstore 1888. You will be a key leader on shift, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from reservation through to departure. In this role, you will: Lead daily hotel operations as shift leader, ensuring seamless service across all guest touchpoints Support, coach, and guide the Front Office team to consistently deliver high standards of hospitality Manage guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care Oversee reservations, ensuring accuracy and supporting revenue performance Foster strong communication and collaboration across all departments Contribute to a positive, engaged, and supportive team culture Assist with rostering, operational planning, and ongoing team development Provide flexible support across departments as required to ensure smooth hotel-wide operations
