Job Description Operations Manager | Sydney We are partnering with a respected Australian venture fund that supports founders building businesses across industrial, technology, and emerging sectors. They’re looking for an Operations Manager to join their Sydney team and work closely with the founding partners in a high-impact, high-autonomy role. This position sits at the centre of a lean investment team and will support the day-to-day operations of the fund while helping coordinate key initiatives across the broader startup and investment ecosystem. The role will involve: • Partner support and coordination with senior leadership • Organising investor and ecosystem events • Supporting fundraising processes and investor communications • Managing operational processes and internal systems • Research and project support across the investment team Ideal background: • 2–3 years experience in operations, executive support, events or similar roles • Exposure to startups, venture capital, tech or government environments is a plus • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and working closely with senior leaders in the venture ecosystem.
