Based 10kms North-East of Perth’s CBD Drive clinical care by providing clear direction and priorities that support the organisation’s vision, policies and procedures Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team, continuing a harmonious culture Conduct audits, clinical indicators and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement Implement and support clinical quality action plans to ensure the facilities are compliant with legislation Ensure exceptional customer service from all staff, and help investigate and respond to clinical complaints and feedback What makes this great: The role will suit someone who wants to step into an excellent staffing structure with support from three Clinical Nurses. Up to $130,000 super salary packaging About you: A Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care. Sound understanding of the aged care legislation with a proven track record assisting facilities meet accreditation requirements. Fantastic management skills are essential; be a visible leader with a proven track record creating an environment that staff are proud to be a part of. Must be confident, energetic and personable and with the ability to approach situations both logically and innovatively.
