As demand for services continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Growth & Intake Lead to drive participant growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and oversee the participant journey from initial inquiry through to service commencement. About the Role and Your Responsibilities Job: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving participant growth while ensuring every participant receives a positive and professional onboarding experience. This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys networking, building referral relationships, engaging with participants and families, and identifying opportunities to grow service utilisation across Community Access, In-Home Support and Nursing Care services. You will work closely with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Local Area Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, hospitals, community organisations and families to establish strong referral networks and position the organisation as a provider of choice. Some of your responsibilities will include: Drive participant growth through strategic referral partnerships, community engagement and business development initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health Professionals, hospitals and community organisations Manage the end-to-end intake process from initial enquiry through to service commencement Coordinate participant onboarding, negotiate service agreements and support a seamless transition into services Support participants and families throughout the intake journey, ensuring a positive and professional experience Maintain referral pipelines, CRM records and participant data while monitoring conversion outcomes Track growth performance, referral activity and intake metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations Represent the organisation within the community while ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational requirements Skills and Qualifications: Experience in Business Development, Client Engagement, Intake, Community Engagement or Support Coordination within Disability, Healthcare, Aged Care or Community Services Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability support sector Proven ability to develop referral networks and generate sustainable participant growth Experience supporting participants and families through intake, onboarding or service coordination processes Exceptional communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools Current Driver's Licence Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and National Police Check Full Australian working rights Benefits Join a growing and values-driven organisation committed to making a positive impact in the disability sector Play a key role in driving participant growth, community engagement and service expansion Build strong referral networks and community partnerships that influence organisational success Work alongside a supportive and passionate leadership team that values collaboration and innovation Enjoy genuine career progression opportunities, a competitive salary package and a positive workplace culture How to APPLY: If you are passionate about building relationships, supporting participants and driving meaningful growth within the disability sector, we would love to hear from you.
