About the Role Our organization is seeking an experienced, motivated and AHPRA registered VR General Practitioner for our team as a Senior GP Supervisor. This role is ideal for a Fellow FRACGP or FACRRM who is passionate about developing the next generation of doctors and contributing to high – quality clinical governance across WA. You will play a key role in supervising, mentoring and supporting Level 1-3 GP’s and International Medical Graduates (IMGs), ensuring they deliver safe, competent and independent clinical care. This position offers the opportunity to influence clinical standards across both metropolitan and regional communities. Key responsibilities Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and oversight to junior GPs and IMGs. Support doctors in developing safe evidence-based and independent clinical practice Conduct supervision sessions, case reviews, and performance assessments. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and education initiatives Participate in professional development programs and training activities Provide supervision across MM1 – MM5 locations (Flexible arrangements available) Essential Requirements Unrestricted General or Specialist Registration with AHPRA FRACGP/FACRRM desired Able to do physical assessments and Telehealth Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring junior doctors. Strong Communication, leadership and interpersonal skills Commitment to high – quality, patient – centered care Eligibility for a Medicare Provider name.
