We are currently seeking two reliable and motivated Office Sales & Customer Service Team Members to join a growing Australian business based in Moorebank. Our client is a well established, family owned manufacturer and supplier of fencing products, gates, panels, hardware, and building supplies. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, quality products, and tailored solutions for everyone from DIY customers through to large commercial contractors. About the Role This is a busy and varied office based position where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with trade counter enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing outstanding customer service. Working closely with tradespeople, builders, contractors, and homeowners, you will help customers find the right products for their projects and ensure they receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to purchase. Key Responsibilities Assisting customers via phone, email and at the trade counter Preparing quotations and processing sales orders Responding to product and pricing enquiries Providing exceptional customer service and support Liaising with internal teams regarding orders and stock availability General administration and data entry duties About You Previous customer service, administration or sales experience Confident communication skills and a friendly attitude Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Reliable, punctual and committed to providing excellent service Ability to build rapport with customers from all backgrounds Experience dealing with tradespeople, builders or construction related products will be highly regarded but is not essential What's on Offer?
