We are partnering with an established organisation within the lending sector that is looking to appoint a commercially focused Business Development leader to support its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to a Partner, this role offers the opportunity to become a trusted extension of the leadership team. You'll play a key role in driving growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, mentoring team members and helping shape the future direction of the business. This is not a role that takes you away from the commercial side of the business. You will remain actively involved in building relationships, generating opportunities and contributing to revenue growth, whilst also providing guidance and support to a growing team.
