Job Description We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead strategic growth across banking, insurance, wealth, and broader financial services clients. This is an opportunity to work with one of APAC’s leading technology consulting and services organisations, partnering with enterprise clients on large-scale digital transformation initiatives. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding strategic client relationships, and positioning NCS as a trusted transformation partner within the Financial Services industry. Develop and execute strategic sales plans across Financial Services accounts Build and maintain C-level relationships within enterprise organisations Identify, qualify, and close complex consulting and technology services opportunities Lead end-to-end sales pursuits, including proposals, commercials, and negotiations Collaborate with internal consulting and delivery teams to create tailored client solutions Drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the FS sector
