The Opportunity Working within a collaborative and professional environment, you'll support a team of Advisers across client services, administration, operations, and office coordination functions. This is a varied role that combines Client Services Administration with Office Management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person within a smaller, close-knit office environment. Responsibilities include: Acting as the key Office Manager for the Brisbane office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business Providing technical and administrative support to Advisers Assisting with client onboarding and account opening processes Preparing and supporting formal advice documentation, including Statements of Advice (SOAs) Managing client requests and assisting with client meetings Placing client investment and transaction orders when required Coordinating office administration, facilities, supplier relationships, and general office operations Supporting communication and administrative coordination with interstate offices Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high level of attention to detail across all tasks On- Site Role Salary package up to $110K About You You are an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced financial services environment.
