Position: Project Planner (P6) Location: Brisbane CBD Sector: Oil & Gas / Infrastructure Salary: $120k-$160k doe Super Package Core Talent are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner to join a high-performing project delivery team within the Oil & Gas sector. This role will be working within the pre-construction team, responsible of project schedules, resource histograms, cash flow forecasts, resource analysis, and opportunities for improvement. Overview: Develop, maintain, and analyse project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other planning tools as required. Lead project controls activities, including baseline schedule development, maintenance, and governance across bids and projects. Provide expert advice on planning methodologies, scheduling techniques, critical path analysis, and project control best practices. Support programme integration, schedule optimisation, governance frameworks, and reporting processes. Develop and implement project controls policies, procedures, standards, and earned value management (EVM) practices. Create and manage integrated master schedules incorporating milestones, dependencies, and interfaces from multiple contractors and stakeholders. Monitor schedule performance and contractual compliance during pre-contract and project delivery phases. Ensure consistent application of project control processes across all projects and programmes. Manage schedule governance to deliver agreed scope, timelines, and performance outcomes across multiple subcontractors and suppliers. Support the development and maintenance of resource-loaded schedules and forecasting models. Participate in estimating, planning, risk, and programme review meetings. Review, interpret, and implement contractual documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements and obligations.
