As they continue to invest in digital innovation, audience growth and new learning formats, they are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of strategy, execution and team leadership. The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee end-to-end marketing across a diverse portfolio spanning live events, digital education, and always-on engagement channels. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team while remaining actively involved in campaign delivery, CRM strategy and performance optimisation. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing & Communications team (5) Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, CRM, web, SMS, social, print) Drive audience growth, engagement and retention across a national database Oversee marketing for events, webcasts and digital learning products Own CRM and marketing automation (e.g. ActiveCampaign) Analyse performance and optimise campaigns using data insights Collaborate cross-functionally with product, editorial, events and sales Test and scale new growth channels, including paid media Partnering closely with the CEO, this role offers the opportunity to shape the marketing function, drive growth at scale, and influence the future direction of a national education platform. What We’re Looking For 10 years in marketing, digital or comms Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience Strong multi-channel campaign and CRM expertise Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills Data-driven, commercial mindset Experience in healthcare, education or events (preferred) Paid media and digital product exposure a plus Why This Role?
