We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our marketing team and own the technical execution of the campaigns that keep our members engaged, coming back, and feeling valued. The role: You’ll be in Braze every day - building canvases, writing Liquid, managing segmentation, and getting campaigns out the door across email, SMS, push, and in-app. You’ll work closely with our Lifecycle Marketing Manager to bring the member journey to life: translating strategy into personalised, well-timed communications that actually move the needle. This is a hands-on execution role inside a fast-moving, scale-up marketing team. What you’ll do: Campaign execution & platform management • Build and deploy multi-channel campaigns in Braze — owning execution from brief to send across email, push, SMS, and in-app • Manage the always-on BAU campaign calendar: promotions, seasonal sends, and automated lifecycle triggers • Maintain workspace configuration, segmentation logic, data integrations, and SDK event catalogues • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, suppression lists, and opt-out compliance Optimisation & experimentation • Run A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, timing, segmentation, and creative • Use results to iterate on campaigns and targeting strategies - test, learn, improve Data & reporting • Own CRM reporting: campaign performance, member activity, journey metrics, and KPI tracking • Surface insights for the broader team and use data to inform what we do next What we’re looking for: • At least 3 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing in a digital business - retail, e-commerce, or agency-side managing consumer brands all count • Hands-on Braze experience - you’ve built in Canvas, written Liquid, and worked with API triggers (not just templates) • Comfortable with HTML/CSS for email and familiar with JSON/API structures • Commercially minded: you care about what your campaigns actually drive, not just open rates • A self-starter with a builder’s mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up What’s on offer: • Competitive salary company-wide bonus • 24 days annual leave your birthday off volunteer & moments that matter leave • $1,000 health insurance contribution, $1000 personal development fund, generous parental and fertility leave & your own BLC card • Hybrid working - we work 3 days in our Sydney CBD office and favour outcomes over hours If you want to make a real impact for Australia’s essential workers, and help build something that genuinely matters - we’d love to hear from you!
