Description The Role Reporting to the Regional Suicide Prevention Lead, you will coordinate the ongoing development and delivery of the Adelaide Suicide Prevention Collaboratives and support broader system integration initiatives. You will bring stakeholders together, facilitate collaborative planning, identify local needs, strengthen protective factors and help improve pathways across prevention, early intervention and response. In this role, you will: Lead the coordination and continuous improvement of the Adelaide Suicide Prevention Collaboratives in the Southern and Central regions Facilitate effective partnerships across health, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, community services, government, education and lived experience networks Develop and implement project and implementation plans, monitoring progress, risks and outcomes Support governance processes, prepare high quality documentation and provide strategic advice Identify system gaps and opportunities to improve coordination and reduce fragmentation across services Support knowledge sharing, learning and evidence informed practice across collaborative initiatives This position is being offered as either a full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE), fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027. Skills And Experiences About You To be successful in this role you’ll need: Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, suicide prevention, community engagement, project management or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 5 years experience in community development, suicide prevention or a related area Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across sectors Strong project coordination skills, including planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, high quality documentation Strong problem solving skills, research and analytical skills, with the ability to apply professional judgement and develop evidence information solutions Experience using collective impact or place based approached will be highly regarded How to Apply Apply now by clicking on and include a maximum 2 page cover letter outlining your suitability for the role along with your resume.
