With a strong reputation for delivering quality work and excellent customer service, they continue to grow across South Australia and are looking to add an experienced Service Coordinator to their team. The Role Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating technicians, managing service schedules, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently. This is a busy, hands-on role that requires strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating HVAC, electrical and security technicians Managing daily service bookings and job allocation Liaising with customers regarding appointments and job updates Monitoring work orders and job progress through completion Using SimPRO (or similar systems) to manage workflows and reporting Assisting with invoicing, procurement and general administration tasks Supporting the wider team to meet service deadlines and customer expectations About You Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Service Administration position Experience within HVAC, electrical, fire, security, plumbing or a similar trade-based environment Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach Experience using SimPRO or similar job management software Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Join a growing business with a strong reputation in the industry Supportive team culture with long-term career opportunities Ongoing training and development Competitive salary package based on experience Stable, long-term position with an established business
