We're looking for an experienced Product Growth Manager to partner with our venue teams and drive commercial performance across a portfolio of facilities. The Opportunity This is a strategic and hands-on regional role that bridges product, marketing, sales and guest experience. You'll work closely with Venue Managers, Operations Leaders and central support teams to identify opportunities, improve performance and translate business strategy into measurable results. Rather than managing day-to-day venue operations, you'll coach, influence and support venue leaders to optimise performance, improve customer outcomes and maximise revenue. What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for: Driving regional revenue growth across memberships, programs and services. Analysing commercial performance including sales, revenue, occupancy, conversion, retention and customer value. Identifying performance opportunities and partnering with venues to implement improvement plans. Supporting venues to optimise pricing, scheduling, capacity and product mix. Improving guest experiences across the entire customer journey. Partnering with Marketing, Product and Guest Experience teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and venue performance. Providing performance reporting, insights and recommendations to senior leaders. Supporting new venue mobilisations, pre-sales activities and operational readiness. About You You're an experienced commercial leader who enjoys solving problems, working with people and using data to drive better business outcomes. You'll bring: Demonstrated experience in commercial, operations, sales or guest experience leadership. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical actions. Experience improving revenue, sales, retention, occupancy and customer experience. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. The ability to build capability across multiple sites without direct authority. A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset. Experience within leisure, fitness, aquatics, hospitality or recreation will be highly regarded.
