About the Opportunity This role is ideal for a motivated 1st year Sheetmetal Apprentice or junior tradesperson wanting to expand their skills into metal fabrication and digital manufacturing. You’ll work alongside experienced operators and fabricators producing custom signage for major brands using industry-leading equipment and technology. This is a great chance to develop practical skills in: Fabrication and manufacturing processes Working with aluminium, Steel, Stainless Steel What You’ll Be Doing Helping manufacture custom signage and fabricated products Maintaining a safe and organised workshop Learning from experienced team members in a supportive environment What You’ll Do: Learn to fabricate and weld steel and aluminium structures and components Work alongside experienced tradespeople on a variety of real-world projects Develop skills in MIG, TIG, Stick welding and laser welding Read and interpret technical drawings Gain practical, on-the-job experience while studying toward a nationally recognized trade qualification Operate letter bending equipment What We’re Looking For: Genuine interest in metalwork and fabrication Good attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn White Card (or willing to obtain) Driver’s licence preferred but not essential Why Join CV?
