The Role Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Community, your focus will be on delivering marketing initiatives that generate awareness, enquiries and enrolments. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Creating engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and supports customer acquisition Managing social media, website and digital marketing activity Monitoring campaign performance and using data and insights to improve results Supporting events, open days and community engagement activities Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes Contributing ideas that enhance the customer journey from first enquiry through to enrolment This is a broad, hands-on role that offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and purpose-driven organisation.
