Permanent role with full employee entitlements, not a labour hire arrangement 2:2 roster with FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville - all organised and paid for you Real autonomy on shift - you'll be trusted to run your crew, alongside other shift bosses whilst being supported by a team that know what they are doing Competitive permanent salary package with full details provided on application The Role You'll own your shift and report to the op's superintendent. You'll lead your underground crew across production and development with day-to-day looking like: Leading and supervising your crew safely and efficiently across each shift Planning and allocating work across the crew and keeping production on schedule Identifying hazards, running pre-starts and holding the line on site safety standards Liaising with supervisors, engineers and technical staff to communicate progress and resolve issues The Company A well-regarded underground principal with years in the ground and a strong record of keeping good people.
