The Role Act on high-profile and technically complex projects disputes across sectors including renewable energy, energy and resources, transport, road and social infrastructure. Work collaboratively across offices and practice groups, taking on significant responsibility and varied work streams. Provide strategic, commercially focused advice to clients involved in major disputes with national and international dimensions. About You You will ideally have 6 years’ experience in disputes, with exposure to major projects or infrastructure-related matters. You will bring strong technical capability, excellent judgement and the ability to work effectively across teams and jurisdictions. You will be collaborative, motivated and keen to work alongside leading practitioners on complex, high-value disputes.
