RT is a key source of support to the Registry Connect Program to stabilise and uplift the ASIC registry services, as well as other registry-related projects. The role As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Registry Connect program and continuous improvement of registry products and services by contributing to strategic initiatives. You will analyse business requirements, provide expert process and policy advice and support change through stakeholder engagement, testing and implementation activities, ensuring effective outcomes across complex and evolving business needs. You will be accountable for: Supporting Registry involvement in projects, law reforms and strategic priorities, managing stakeholder relationships and resolving issuesCollaborating with SMEs and IT teams to elicit, analyse and document requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria Supporting development of registry products and services, including business requirements and strategy inputs Providing expert advice on complex policy, process and registry-related matters Driving continuous improvement, including process design, change management, and contribution to ASIC-wide initiatives and team priorities About you To succeed in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated experience in business analysis, project management and working collaboratively in team environments Strong ability to analyse business requirements, resolve complex issues, and develop clear policy and procedural documentation Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience managing priorities, responding to queries, and supporting change initiatives View the Position Description for more information or click ‘Apply' to start your application.
