Description Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making. Partner with supply chain to manage inventory performance and optimize stock levels. Oversee inventory-related balance sheet accounts (stock on hand, in transit, obsolete, clearing) and drive accuracy, including Days of Inventory (DOI) analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to track key performance indicators. Provide insights on budget variances and recommend corrective actions. Support forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data. Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior management. Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Profile A successful FP&A Analyst should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis roles within the FMCG/retail industry. Strong skills in financial modelling and data analysis. Proficiency in using financial software and tools. An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong communication skills to present financial insights effectively. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
