$75K - $80K plus Super and Attractive Bonus Varsity Lakes - Office based role Leading company A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Credit Officer to support its branches and customers across Queensland. Based in Varsity Lakes, you’ll manage customer accounts, drive collections activity, set up new accounts, and provide day‑to‑day credit support while building strong, solutions‑focused relationships with branch teams, internal sales stakeholders, and customers. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, makes confident, well‑reasoned decisions, and thrives working autonomously with support from Credit Manager. Key Responsibilities: Collections activity — outbound/inbound calls, email follow‑up, and liaising with branches and customers Banking and allocations — accurate daily processing of customer payments Customer account management — reconciliations, query resolution, and maintaining account accuracy New account setup — processing applications and conducting credit limit reviews Month‑end reporting — journals, adjustments, and ensuring ledger accuracy Branch and customer relationships — partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and support smooth account management Cross‑department collaboration — assisting with billing issues and supporting broader credit operations Internal sales stakeholder engagement — working closely with sales teams to resolve account queries and support customer outcomes About You: Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections Strong decision‑making ability and confidence managing credit outcomes Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage branches, customers, and internal sales teams High attention to detail with strong accuracy in processing Proficient in Microsoft Excel Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities Able to work independently, take ownership, and seek support when needed What’s on Offer: Join a respected, leading organisation Competitive salary with an excellent annual bonus A varied, busy role with genuine autonomy and strong team support Opportunity to broaden your credit skillset across a national network Apply today or email vanessa@kbhsolutions.com.au with any queries
