The opportunity We’re looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Wealth Management team. This is a hands-on role supporting the Practice Manager & Client Services Manager across client administration, implementation and AFSL compliance — helping ensure our clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience. In this role, you will: Assist with client implementation and portfolio support, including investment transactions, asset transfers, rollovers and application processes Provide compliance and AFSL support by preparing and managing key compliance documents including file reviews, reporting and staying across regulatory updates. Maintain accurate client records in Xplan while managing onboarding, platform setup, and documentation workflows, and supporting withdrawals, payments and superannuation contributions Manage the day-to-day client and stakeholder queries in professional and timely manner Provide general administration support to the wider team About you You’re someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You’ll bring: 3 years’ experience in wealth management, financial planning or advice operations Experience supporting compliance requirements (AFSL exposure highly regarded) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills A collaborative, team-focused mindset Systems experience with Xplan and DocuSign is highly regarded.
