This is a temporary contract role requiring an individual who can quickly integrate into the business and provide commercial leadership across a portfolio of active projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and contractual performance of portfolios and projects. Monitor project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and cash flow. Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities.Lead contract administration, variations, claims, and negotiations. Provide strategic commercial advice to project and operational teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Skills Demonstrated experience in a Commercial Property Management role. Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and project financial controls. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex commercial issues. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
