$75K plus Super Bonus Burwood - Office based role close to public transport 12 Month contract - Maternity Leave Cover A leading organisation in Burwood is seeking a Credit/Collections Officer who thrives on collections, builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and enjoys genuine variety in their day. This is a 12‑month maternity leave cover within a supportive, established credit team. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you’ll take ownership of your ledger while being cross‑trained across all areas of credit — including banking, allocations, new accounts, credit reviews, and query resolution. It’s the ideal role for someone who enjoys staying hands‑on in credit and wants a busy, interesting workload. Key Responsibilities Collections activity — outbound/inbound calls, email follow‑up, and proactive management of overdue accounts Banking and allocations — accurate daily processing of customer payments Account reconciliations — ensuring accuracy across customer accounts New account setup — processing applications and conducting credit limit reviews Query resolution — partnering with customers and internal teams to resolve issues Journal posting — supporting month‑end processes and adjustments Cross‑department collaboration — assisting with billing issues and supporting smooth account management About You Experience in Credit Control/Collections/AR Strong communication skills with confidence engaging diverse stakeholders High attention to detail and accuracy in processing Proficient in Microsoft Excel Organised and proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable working independently and in a team Apply Today for this immediate start role.
