Assist Senior Accountant, Financial Controller and other finance team members in preparing ad hoc report for management decision making. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recommending for process improvements and streamline existing process. Document the finance process and train team members efficiently and effectively. Assisting projects such as migrations, system enhancements. Assisting in preparation of monthly Financial accounts. Reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Reconciliation of debtors and creditors accounts, attend to internal and external enquiries regarding accounts, attend to internal and external enquiries regarding accounts. Assist FC/Commercial Analyst in providing the related GL data for management decision making Complies with the policies, systems and processes approved from time to time. Assist with miscellaneous financial projects. Preparation of monthly internal and external returns. Contribute towards quality management to achieve greater efficiencies and continue improvement. Ad hoc reporting and other task as required. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE CPA/CA Qualified or Equivalent qualifications. Good technical/numerical skills and knowledge and is thorough and accurate. Proven customer service and communication skills Advanced spreadsheet skills. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills – meets specific deadlines and reports regularly on progress. Analyses information and solves problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability. Knowledge on Lease products, services, processes transactions are desirable. Working knowledge of Miles and Microsoft AX application or equivalent. Experience in Financial Accounts. Big4 experience is ideal.
